- How to reach Saint-Malo
Easy to get to, Saint-Malo can be reached by motorway, express trains, plane and ferries from Great-Britain.
For most travellers, the easiest way to reach Saint-Malo is to come via Paris. Most airlines serve the two international Paris airports : Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport and Orly Airport. From there, you may use either the public transport (RER, Metro or bus) or a taxi to get to the Montparnasse train station in Paris. Alternatively, at Roissy CDG, one can also take a train directly from the airport to Saint-Malo(see below)
By car :
Saint Malo is 370 km far from Paris.
About 3.5 hours are required by the motorways A11/A13 (via Rennes) or A13/A84 (via Caen)
By train:
A direct TGV (express train) route from Paris (Montparnasse station) takes about 3 hours.
From the cities of Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Strasbourg and Roissy CDG airport : there are direct TGVs to Rennes with connecting trains or shuttles to Saint-Malo.
By boat:
Daily round-trip routes from Great Britain (Portsmouth)

Buses
Ligne C1 and C2 of the Kéolis network take you from the SNCF train station to the Palais du Grand Large in 5mn. Get
out of the bus at the Saint Vincent station.
